The project draws its philosophy from the guidance of the Noble Prophetic Tradition, emphasizing that true giving lies in empowering individuals to become productive rather than merely meeting their temporary needs. The project believes that sustainable development through small and medium-sized enterprises is the optimal way to combat poverty and unemployment, especially since it doesn't require massive capital and contributes to quick and sustainable results. The endowment's work in this project is based on contributing to building a supportive community, achieving long-term impact, and treating beneficiaries as active partners, not just recipients of aid.

Many of these families, despite their heads possessing skills and crafts, work for meager wages that are insufficient to cover basic needs. The project aims to invest in these latent competencies and provide the necessary support for these families to establish their own businesses, enabling them to earn a sufficient income to meet their and their children's needs, in a manner consistent with their craft and skills.

4. Technical and Financial Support: Providing consultations (accounting, marketing) and disbursing financial support for purchasing equipment and raw materials.
5. Documentation and Follow-up: Documenting support and families' commitment to contributing 20% of their profits to help other families.
6. Regular Follow-up: Monthly field visits and phone calls to provide support and resolve problems.
